A & L Leisure endeavour to dispatch your item next working day of payment received for orders. If the order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, on weekends and bank holidays your order will be dispatched the next working day. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays not working days).
The delivery times that are stated on each item are estimated and based on the type of delivery offered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the item and we reserve the right to change the method provided. We send items via Royal Mail 48 as standard with the option to upgrade to First Class and or tracked, or for those items not accepted by Royal Mail an alternative courier will be used.
If your item is being sent via a tracked method a tracking number will be made available for you and it may require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available to take delivery and sign for the item then a while you were out card will be left with information and instruction for you to follow. Royal Mail 24/48 will have a proof of delivery tracking number and will show when delivery has been made or attempted.
Delivery is normally within 3 - 4 working days after dispatch depending on method used. Royal Mail state that they can take up to 10 working days for delivery be it 1st or 2nd Class. If you have not received your item after 10 working days please contact us and we will investigate, and then provide further options to rectify the situation.
When an item is returned to us from Royal Mail or from a courier because of a failed delivery and arrangements were not made to redeliver or collect by the buyer, we will not resend the item unless the full cost of redelivery is made.
For orders not collected at collection points or any method of delivery any return postage costs from couriers the buyer will incur the return postage cost.
We only ship to PayPal registered and verified addresses. If you require the item to be shipped to a different address please let us know via message to seller at the time of purchase and we shall do our best to meet your needs.
If your item requires a courier to any special domestic regions, which our couriers will charge extra to post to, please contact us prior to ordering and request a quotation. These areas normally take a little longer on the postage than normal to deliver to.
During busy periods, normally the School Holidays postage can/may take a little longer than normal to get to you, please be mindful in your ordering during these times.
